Walden led the Sierra Green Building Association (SiGBA) in organizing Tahoe City’s 1st green expo on July 11-12, 2009 at the Boatworks Mall and Marina Green. Six live music bands and over 40 exhibitors demonstrated the importance of building green and living green during Tahoe City’s peak tourist season.

In 2010, SiGBA had its 2nd annual event that was even more successful. With a backdrop of beautiful lake Tahoe and live music performed by local bands this event was memorable for all, not to mention that we had 3 Breweries: Sierra Nevada, Buckbean, and 50/50 Brewery as sponsors.
